Couch to 5K & RunKeeper: Week 1 Day 4
Since last Friday's run was a little sub-par, I decided to re-do the first week of the Couch to 5K program.
Today's run was a little better, but I had some trouble breathing during the 2nd and 3rd running intervals. Once I made it past that, the rest of the intervals were relatively easier:The total time for the first two miles (which included 5 minutes of warmup time) was 24:06, which was better than Friday:
